▶️ Configure EasyShip

1. Set Up Your EasyShip Account

  1. Go to easyship.com.

  2. Sign up for an account.

  3. From your Easyship Dashboard:

    • Click Create an API.

    • Scroll down and click API Integration.

    • Under Integration Type, select My platform isn’t listed.

    • Enter StoreConnect for both Platform Name and Integration Name.

    • Click Connect.

  4. Copy the Access Token provided — you’ll need this later.


2. Add Easyship as a Shipping Provider Option in Salesforce

Add to Shipping Provider Picklist

  1. In Salesforce, click SetupObject Manager.

  2. Search for Shipping Provider object.

  3. Go to Fields & Relationships → open the Provider field (Picklist).

  4. Add a new picklist value: Easyship (with a capital E, case sensitive).

  5. Click Save.

Add to Product Shipping Methods Picklist

  1. In Object Manager, locate the Product object.

  2. Go to Fields & Relationships → open Shipping Methods field.

  3. Add a new picklist value: Easyship.

  4. Click Save.


3. Configure Easyship in StoreConnect

  1. In StoreConnect Navigation, search for Shipping Providers.

  2. Click New to add a shipping provider.

  3. Configure:

    • Store → select your store.

    • Provider → select Easyship.

    • Set Zone, Shipping Provider Services, and ensure it is Active.

    • API URL → enter: [https://api.easyship.com](https://api.easyship.com)

    • API Environment → leave blank.

    • API Key → paste the Access Token from Easyship.

    • API Secret → enter X.

  4. Click Save.


4. Assign Products to Easyship

  1. In StoreConnect Navigation, go to All Products.

  2. Select a product → click Edit.

  3. Scroll down to Shipping Methods → add Easyship.

  4. Ensure Shipping Weight and Dimensions are entered (required by Easyship).

  5. Click Save.


5. Configure Stock Locations

  1. In StoreConnect Navigation, search for your Store Record → open it.

  2. Go to Stock Locations.

  3. Create or edit a stock location with:

    • Address

    • Contact Name

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number (All required by Easyship.)


6. Set Up Taxes

  • Ensure you have applicable taxes configured in StoreConnect:

    • Easyship will charge its own tax — if you don’t collect it at checkout, you’ll pay the difference.

7. Test Easyship Integration

  1. Go to your Storefront.

  2. Purchase a product → go through checkout.

  3. Under Delivery, you should see Easyship shipping options with accurate pricing.

  4. Select an option → continue checkout → complete the order.


8. Manage Shipping Carrier Products

  1. In StoreConnect Navigation, search for Shipping Carrier Products.

  2. View and manage the list of carrier options imported from Easyship:

    • Change Display Name or add Additional Instructions.

    • Deactivate any options you do not want shown at checkout.

    • Monitor this list periodically, as it can update automatically based on Easyship changes.


9. Ship the Order

  1. In Salesforce, find your Order → open it.

  2. Go to Shipments tab.

  3. Check which Shipping Carrier Product was selected.

  4. Change Status to Ready to Ship → click Save.

  5. Within 15 minutes, shipment data is sent to Easyship.


10. Finalize Shipment in Easyship

  1. In your Easyship Dashboard, go to Create Shipments.

  2. After 15 minutes, refresh → your shipment should appear.

  3. Review shipment details (dimensions, weight, product info).

  4. Click Ship and follow Easyship’s prompts to complete the shipping process.
