View your orgs and stores

On this page

My StoreConnect is the inventory of every Salesforce org, environment type, and store that you can access. This is where you can check which StoreConnect version an org is on, find an Org ID, confirm which stores are live, and set the technical and billing contacts for each store.

Depending on your plan, and if you are a client or partner, you might see many or ony a few environment types and organizations.

Find an org

  1. Go to My StoreConnect.
  2. Filter for the kind of org you want: Production, Demo, Sandbox, Developer, or Other. Each tab shows how many orgs it holds.
  3. Use the search filter to find an org by name or ID.

Suspended and uninstalled orgs are hidden by default. Select Show suspended & uninstalled to include them.

:::note If an org is missing entirely, it is not linked to your company yet. Select Don’t see your org? for how to connect it. :::

What each org shows

Every org lists:

  • Org ID — the Salesforce Org ID, which support asks for when you log a case.
  • Edition — the Salesforce edition, such as Unlimited Edition.
  • Installed and Org expires — when StoreConnect was installed, and when the org’s license runs out.
  • Last deployed — the most recent deployment to the org.
  • Staging URL — the staging address for the site.
  • StoreConnect version and Package version — what the org is currently running.
  • Stores — how many stores are active against how many are licensed, for example 7 active / 20 licensed.

Each org also carries a status, such as Active, and labels for capabilities that are turned on, such as Live transactions and Multi-currency.

What each store shows

Under Stores, each store in the org lists its name, its address as a link you can open, its Timezone, and the date it first went live. A store that has not been switched to live yet is labeled Test mode.

Set the billing and technical contacts for an org

These two contacts tell StoreConnect who to approach about an org, so keep them current when people change roles.

  1. Go to My StoreConnect and find the org.
  2. Under Contacts, select a Billing contact.
  3. Select a Technical contact.
  4. Select Save contacts.

Both lists offer the people who have access to your company’s support portal, so someone must be invited to the portal before you can name them here. Select — None — to leave a contact unset.

Rebuild an org’s product index

Each org carries a Trigger reindex button. See How to trigger a reindex from the support portal for when a rebuild is worth requesting and what to expect.

Shared success figures

Each org also shows the shared success rates and fees applying to it, if applicable. See StoreConnect fees and billing structure.
