The POS is configured from Salesforce, so you can change what staff see and what they can do without changing the software. Watch this video for an overview of the design options, then use the articles below to set each one up.

What you can change

• Quicklists — put your fastest-moving products on the home screen, see popular items quicklist
• Action groups and action items — decide which buttons appear on the home screen, the cart, and record screens, see POS action groups
• POS layouts — control which fields, filters, and actions appear for each record type, see POS layouts and POS layout filters
• Custom views — show a different arrangement of the same data for different roles, such as front of house and back of house
