Manage your licenses

Use My Licences to check what your StoreConnect licenses cover, when they expire, and to copy the install key you need when applying a license in Salesforce.

What each license shows

Active licences lists every license held by your company. Each one shows:

• Its plan name, such as Test Plan Monthly.
• Its status, such as Active.
• Expires — the expiry date, or No expiry for a license with no end date.
• Whether it is applied to an org. A license that has not been used yet shows as not currently applied.
• Its allowance for each org type, shown as used against total, for example Production 1/50, Sandbox 0/50, and Developer 9/50.

Copy an install key

You need the install key when applying a license in the StoreConnect Config App in Salesforce.

1. Go to My Licences.
2. Find the license you want to apply.
3. Select Copy install key.

The key is copied to your clipboard, ready to paste into Salesforce. Activate a StoreConnect license covers applying it.

Move a license to a different org

Request a move when a license is applied to the wrong org, or when you are migrating from one org to another.

1. Go to My Licences.
2. Find the license and select Request a move.
3. Select the org you want the license moved to.
4. Select Submit request.

Your request goes to the StoreConnect team, who action it and confirm. Moving a license is not instant and is not something you apply yourself.

Sandbox licenses

Sandbox licenses work differently from production licenses, and a free sandbox expires after 90 days unless you buy a persistent one. See Sandbox license costs.
