▶️ Grant access to Salesforce

1. Open Login Access Settings

Click on your profile avatar in the top-right corner of Salesforce.

Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

In the left-hand menu, click on “Grant Account Login Access.”
2. Grant Access to StoreConnect

Find the section labeled “StoreConnect Pty Limited Support.”

Use the dropdown to choose how long to grant access:

1 Day
-
3 Days
-
1 Week
-
1 Month
-

Select your desired time period.

Click Save to confirm access.
3. Find and Share Your Org ID

Click the Cog icon in the top-right corner and choose Setup.

In the Quick Find search box, type Company Information.

Click on Company Information.
-
Locate the Salesforce.com Organization ID field — this is your Org ID.

Copy the Org ID and send it to the StoreConnect support team, so they can access the correct org.
