Promotion 2 Condition is a junction record that links a Condition and a Reward to a Promotion 2. Each record pairs one condition (what must be true for the promotion to apply) with one reward (what discount to give). A single Promotion 2 can have multiple Promotion 2 Condition records, which are evaluated in Priority order.
